PH Halik Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

1. General Terms

PH Halik is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, promotions, and services available through phhalik.click and any associated mobile interfaces.

These Terms are written in English as the primary language of the PH Halik platform. The English version governs in all cases of ambiguity or conflict. PH Halik may also provide customer communications in Filipino — these are for convenience only and do not create separate or additional legal obligations.

By using PH Halik, you agree that you are doing so voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, and with a full understanding that all forms of gambling carry financial risk. PH Halik does not guarantee any specific outcome from any game or betting market on the platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use PH Halik, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PH Halik does not permit minors to register or gamble on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing bets or playing games, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of PH Halik or any affiliated company — nor an immediate family member of such a person — unless written permission has been granted by PH Halik management.
• You must not be self-excluded from PH Halik or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator under a currently active exclusion period.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or entity. Accounts must be personal and used only by the registered account holder.

PH Halik reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held may be subject to regulatory review before release.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to register only one PH Halik account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your PH Halik account, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. PH Halik is entitled to act on the basis that all information you provide is accurate.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

PH Halik is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, Postal ID, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of current Philippine address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Selfie with ID for liveness verification
• Source of funds declaration for accounts with high transaction volumes

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period — typically 14 days from request — may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

PH Halik accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier
• Deposits are generally credited to your PH Halik wallet in real time
• PH Halik does not charge deposit fees on any payment method

All funds deposited into PH Halik accounts must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits from accounts held in another person's name — are prohibited and will be returned less any applicable transfer costs.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested to any Philippine payment method you have used to deposit into your account. PH Halik processes all GCash and Maya withdrawals within an average of 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
• No withdrawal fees on GCash, Maya, or bank transfers
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period if triggered by risk management criteria — PH Halik will communicate any such review within 24 hours

PH Halik does not hold or invest player funds in any vehicle that places them at risk. Player balances are held separately from PH Halik's operational funds in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on PH Halik are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Amounts displayed use comma-separated thousands notation (e.g., ₱10,000). PH Halik does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies — all accounts are denominated in PHP.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

PH Halik offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion's page at the time of claiming, in addition to these General Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New PH Halik members who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 200% Welcome Bonus. This means a first deposit of ₱500 results in a total balance of ₱1,500 in betting credits. The bonus is applied automatically — no promo code required.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — including the welcome bonus — are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. PH Halik does not retroactively change wagering requirements after a bonus has been claimed.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• PH Halik reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer that has not yet been claimed if it was published in error
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, hedging strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on PH Halik. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within each section of the platform.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered valid and final once it has been confirmed through the PH Halik platform and a bet reference number has been assigned. Bets that are pending confirmation are not guaranteed to be accepted at the displayed odds — price changes between selection and confirmation may occur during high-traffic periods.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

• Minimum bet: ₱50 per selection on most markets
• Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, event, and account status
• PH Halik reserves the right to limit individual bet sizes for risk management purposes
• Account-level betting limits are applied without prejudice and in accordance with standard sportsbook risk practices

6.3 Voided and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be voided (stake returned) in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; a technical error caused an incorrect price to be displayed; the bet was placed after the event began without in-play betting being explicitly offered; or PAGCOR or another competent authority instructs PH Halik to void specific bets.

6.4 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. For casino and table games, results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited. PH Halik does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on PH Halik and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Using false, incomplete, or another person's identity during registration or verification
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other tools to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud
• Using automated tools, bots, or software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform functions
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion affects outcomes (e.g., Poker or Tongits)
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from a known malfunction will be voided
• Abusing bonus promotions through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any strategy whose primary purpose is to extract bonus value rather than to play for entertainment
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or PH Halik staff through any communication channel

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by PH Halik

PH Halik reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has violated these Terms; the account is being used for any prohibited activity; the account holder has provided false information; or the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases where suspension is not related to fraud or Terms violations, PH Halik will provide reasonable notice and the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds before account closure is completed.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your PH Halik account at any time by contacting our support team at support@phhalik.click. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any eligible balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method before the account is deactivated.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or betting activity for 12 consecutive months. PH Halik may charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 on dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed by PH Halik without further notice.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

PH Halik is committed to protecting the personal information of all registered players. Our collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the PH Halik platform — including but not limited to the PH Halik brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of PH Halik or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, or transmit any content from PH Halik without prior written consent.

Third-party game content available through PH Halik — including JILI Slots and other licensed titles — remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers. Use of such content is subject to the licensing agreements between PH Halik and those developers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PH Halik's total liability to any player arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their PH Halik account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PH Halik is not liable for:

• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials

Nothing in these Terms limits PH Halik's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute about any aspect of the PH Halik service — including but not limited to game outcomes, bet settlements, or account actions — please follow this procedure:

1. Contact Support First: Reach out to our customer support team at support@phhalik.click with full details of your complaint, your account reference, and the relevant dates and amounts. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to our Compliance Officer, who will review the matter independently and respond within an additional 10 business days.
3. PAGCOR Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved after PH Halik's internal process has been completed, you have the right to refer the matter to PAGCOR for external review in accordance with their published procedures for player complaints against licensed operators.

PH Halik agrees to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or review process. The decision of PAGCOR on disputed matters is final and binding on PH Halik.

14. Changes to These Terms

PH Halik reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes may be made for reasons including but not limited to: regulatory changes issued by PAGCOR; changes in applicable Philippine law; product updates that require new rules; and corrections to errors or ambiguities in existing terms.

When material changes are made, PH Halik will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Send an email notification to all registered players at their registered email address
• Display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days after the change takes effect

Your continued use of PH Halik after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance and account closure.
